The Beginning to the End

We are what we have experienced so far in this world.

Life can get pretty complex. We start off as souls, sent here to earth on a mission, we are clear on what the mission is until we become human in baby form. Then it’s all a mystery. Why are we here? What are we doing? What are we doing it for?

We begin in childhood, some joyous moments, shared with our caretakers, some not joyous. As the moments happen that break our heart and make us feel an ache in our hearts, so large, so deep, so unmanageable, the feelings, sensations so intense we feel as though we may die in those moments. Our inability to be with or feel those emotions all the way through without or minds interpretation creates the coping mechanisms we start to form to hold us in “safety” as we come close to encountering them again as we age.

We wouldn’t know that feeling without the love we experienced at some point from our creator, from the people we felt love from. We would have no idea that it existed, felt the warmth, the one ness of God and us through another human. It’s magical, it’s amazing, it’s heart opening. It’s God-like, bc it is God.

God lives through each and every one of us, and while that connection of love we experience through others and ourselves alone, we are taught in the human realm it is not safe to live by. It also gets confused with the many different teachings of what love actually means.

We are taught it means to be self-less, abandoning yourself for others. Trusting blindly, which often puts us in situations where our intuition (God speaking to us), told us differently. To fear anger, and sadness, bc it is unloving. These are all teachings we need to unlearn.

God does not want you to abandon yourself. God put us on this earth to love one another but not at the expense of ourselves. It is not a love that is co-dependent or lacks sovereignty. The human experience is based on each persons own sovereignty. Their choices, their accountability, their responsibility, their action/inaction, etc. We get it backwards when we think it’s based on what others want for us or what we believe will “get” us that love and connection we feel.

Living from God, isn’t easy its complicated. It requires a relearning of yourself away from the beliefs and teachings we have been taught and taught ourselves through painful experiences.

What if we walked through life without suffering. If we claimed today no more suffering just acceptance of what is. All the circumstances that we encounter are there to ask you to open your heart, to not close the door, do not seek revenge, but to say “ I see how hurt you are to hurt me, and I will not close my heart to you, I will stay open” That may mean loving someone from afar, that may mean taking time away, to come back in full forgiveness and love of that person. To cherish and be so responsible with our love that we take time to be with it, to heal it and surrender to every painful moment. To expand our capacity as God and messengers have before us.

It’s difficult enough to go through this process as independent human beings on this earth, in our personal lives. How do we even begin to do this through our place of business, where we work? When an outcome is expected, where our exchange for effort and time is currency in this earthly human world?

You create the space in your business for the human and soul to exist. You make your business a homecoming for all souls to be present fully as they are. You cherish their unique gifts each one personally and see how it integrates into the business family.

The business world has created too many cloned robots in human form. Each industry creating an avatar or character they reward you for being. Taking away uniqueness, taking away creation, and ultimately killing the soul. The exact opposite of what God sent us here for. This results in not only the protections and safety mechanisms we have learned prior to our career through our youth and upbringing, but adds masks and identities now to perform as we will be rewarded. Another place for us to unlearn.

The mission of business that flow with creation, connection, and desire to work together is what we are missing. The true authentic selves showing up to work every day, rowing the oars in the same direction because it we see each other and believe each of our gifts contributes to the growth of us all as individuals and as a company. How do you find these people? That depends on how you operate and define your company. How do you create a home away from home for these people.

It’s not about entitlement, it’s not about being unaccountable, lazy, or compliant. It’s about meeting people where they are, as God does, giving them the space, to unlearn and relearn how they fit in the puzzle without force or fear. Creating a place where people can be themselves and feel supported that they can learn, that they can have what they want in life and your a company that helps them get there.

Whats the alternative to this type of business or company?

One full of frauds, a team of people who tell you yes to your face and say differently behind your back. A place where employees don’t face their fears, they find ways to protect them by hiding them. A place where no one feels a part of the team but isolated in their own corner. A place that feels unsafe, and where there people feel unsafe they never open to possibility bc they are in survival and protection. No one can see clearly from that spot. Decisions are made that do not align with the company you are building. It can be filled with two steps forward and ten steps back moments. Client/customers and even employees leave silently, they dont say why they left or are leaving. You can’t get people to meet with you or the company. Once connections that felt real, now leave you wondering how they fell apart. It leaves many on your team burned out, disillusioned, treading water alone.

There is no God in that world, there is no room for souls there, for gifts to open and unfold for everyone to benefit from.
