"I use to think I could only reach my authentic higher self through conscious breathwork. I saw my true self once in my 1st breathwork session and I chased her for 2 yrs... It took a few months working with Rosemarie for my body to remember that I’ve always been here… to remember her/myself… to remember I don’t need to do anything to access my divine self other than close my eyes and look within. That has been the biggest gift anyone could have ever given me. The reminder that I am light, I am the answer, I am the disease and the medicine. I am source and source is within me. Working with Rosemarie has help me get out of victim and survival mentalities, helped me hold myself accountable for my choices.
