1Who We Are & Eligibility
Rosemarie Burgos LLC provides business and personal coaching, executive advisory, and related services. Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site or applying to work with us, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2Our Services
We offer private business and intrapersonal coaching, private personal coaching, a monthly group coaching program (The Mirror), and advisory/retreat services by inquiry. Services are provided based on availability and Rosemarie’s personal review and acceptance of each application — submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into a program.
3Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
If you provide your phone number and opt in through a form on our Site, Rosemarie Burgos LLC may send you text messages related to the categories you consented to — for example, appointment reminders and application updates, and/or marketing messages such as program announcements and promotional updates.
- Message frequency may vary. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers, including but not limited to major mobile carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4Payments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Fees for paid programs are communicated to you directly before enrollment. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. Refunds are issued with the sole discretion of Rosemarie Burgos, based on her being unable to fulfill the requests.
5Not a Substitute for Therapy or Professional Advice
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for mental health treatment, and is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services. Nothing on the Site or in our Services should be construed as a guarantee of specific results.
